Spicy Tabasco Yogurt Chicken Wings

1 cup of plain Yogurt

5 tbs of Tabasco

3 tbs of garlic powered

3 tbs of onion powered

3 tbs of salt

3 tbs of pepper

2 pounds of  chicken wings.

1 lime juice

Mix yoghurt, Tabasco together in a large mixing bowl.  For those who want to carefully adjust the spiciness of the marinate now is the time.  I would add the Tabasco 1 tbs at a time and try the yoghurt till you get the right amount of heat that you would like.  Feel free to add more or less here.  Would hate to burn your socks off or not provide enough heat.

Then add in your garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.  Taste the marinate again too see if there is enough salt and pepper for your taste. Then add in the lime juice.

Wash and pat dry your chicken wings with paper towels. Then place the chicken in in the marinate.  Mix the chicken wings till its covered with the yoghurt and place the wings in a zip lock bag and let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge. I personally leave it over night.

To cook the chicken wings place spread the wings on a baking sheet in the oven for 400 degrees.  Let the chicken wings cook for 20 minutes.

Turn the oven to broiler after and let it cook for 3 – 4 minutes.  Then turn the wings and let it cook for anther 3 – 4 minutes so that it browns a little.
